Price list of apartments

The table below shows our standard price list for one-bedroom / two-bedroom apartments for one night (regardless of the number of people staying). Prices vary significantly depending on the period in which you would come to us and which apartment / apartment house you would choose.

The price we offer to you is final !!! VAT in the amount of 13% and tourist tax in amout of 10 resp. 5 HRK / night / person is already included in it, so you do not have to worry about additional fees. We will not charge you any additional fees!

In case of long-term stays, interest of larger groups, company trainings and events we solve prices individually and we will provide you a discount.

Payment

When booking a stay, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price according to the advance invoice. Subsequently, we will issue you a voucher. You will pay the remaining amount on the site in cash or by SEPA bank transfer.

Cancellation policy

Standard conditions - With us you have the opportunity to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In any case, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible. If the stay is canceled less than 14 days (inclusive) before arrival we charge a paid deposit of 30% and it will be not refunded.
