Montenegro

This tiny country with an area of less than 14,000 square meters and a population exceeding 600,000, is one of the most beautiful countries in the entire Balkans. This is thanks to beautiful mountains, picturesque sea corners, cozy villages and towns often with a medieval flavor. The fabulously indented coast of the Adriatic Sea offers numerous beaches, bays and islands.

It is a country with a long tradition, a meeting place of various cultural and religious influences on the border between the Orthodox East and the Catholic West. Traces of human presence date back to the distant Paleolithic times.

However, the modern image of this country is an example of how diversity can create perfect harmony, whether in the form of natural phenomena, religious and cultural composition, or the combination of glamour and tradition.
